When using our website for the purpose of reservations, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the general terms of business.

1. Ambassador line provides passenger and personal luggage transportation services in passenger cars.

2. Reservations and orders can be made by phone, by verbal agreement or by email.

3. If there is a delay in your destination due to road conditions, congestion, missed flight, ship, train, bus and other unfavorable conditions, Ambasador line cannot be held responsible nor can you demand that AMBASADOR LINE compensate you for your financial loss. AMBASADOR LINE does not accept no responsibility in the case of providing wrong information by the client, which will result in a delay to the destination or departure point.

4. Drivers have the right to refuse to board the vehicle if the client is under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or there is a possibility that he may endanger himself and other passengers during transportation. In case of damage to the vehicle, the client is obliged to compensate for the resulting damage.

5. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles for passengers and drivers.

6. The driver is not obliged to stop the vehicle in places that he believes could endanger the health or lives of passengers (highways without stop lanes).

7. All our vehicles are technically inspected and insured according to the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

8. Baggage is not charged.

9. Transport of animals: We transport animals only upon prior notice and only in baskets designed for their transport.

10. AMBASADOR LINE D.O.O. is a registered passenger transport company, the headquarters of Dr. Milana Nemičića 17, Karlovac.
